Letter Fold or Tri-Fold Brochure

Example: Set up a document with two pages at 13.9375" by
the height you desire for your design. Set guides to separate panels.
Don't create a new page for each panel - this is a printer's spread.
The two outside panels are the larges and the inside panel is 1/16" smaller.
